Teacher Workshop: Art From Mistakes

What happens when a spill, a smudge, or a wrong line becomes the best part of a project? Join us this October as we discover how to turn artistic accidents into creative catalysts. This workshop focuses on hands-on strategies that teach students to view mistakes as invitations to innovate. Leave with a ready-to-go toolkit of ideas that build student confidence and celebrate the unexpected marks on the page. 

No experience is required. Classroom teachers can earn two professional clock hours. This workshop is FREE for all Art Start NW partnership teachers and Para-professionals. Cost for non-partnership teachers, Para-professionals, and volunteers is $10. Everyone is welcome to attend, so bring a friend! All supplies are included. Light refreshments will be provided.
