Calling All Teachers!

 Submit your student’s artwork to be displayed on a wall at Graphite Arts Center and celebrated on the Third Thursday each month during Art Walk Edmonds. We welcome 2-D student artwork submissions from any teacher, at any school, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

How It Works:

Who Can Sign Up? Any teacher, from any school. Open to 2-D artwork submissions only (drawings, paintings, etc.). Each submission may include up to 30 student art pieces (size limit of 12” x 12” each)

Monthly Selection Process:  Selected teachers are notified by email. You’ll need to reply by the deadline in the email to confirm your participation. If we don’t hear back by the deadline, we’ll move to the next teacher on the list. We want do our best to showcase different age groups, schools and mediums. If you don’t hear from us right away, don’t be discouraged! Your submission means you will stay on the list for future opportunities.

Preparing Student Artwork:  Before Drop-off: Artwork must be mounted on any color construction paper with a 1″ border. This helps us hang the work without damaging it. If you want to add student info to each art piece, you can attach a small label in the bottom-right corner of the border. This is optional.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Drop-Off artwork at Graphite Arts Center by the deadline listed in your confirmation email.  Please note our public open hours are: Fridays & Saturdays 12-5pm. Student Artwork will be displayed for a month. Families can visit during Art Walk Edmonds Night (third Thursdays) or Graphite’s open hours (Fridays & Saturdays 12-5pm). After your work has been on display for the month, we will take it down and store it for you. Pick up times will be noted in your confirmation email.
